These are the screenshots I have from wild west. I did not happen to save anything from ctf, but you had threatened to target me after a few games.

Not a huge deal overall, but I'm just putting it out there.

 

I believe, out of all of the staff applications right now, I'm the most torn on your's and that's the main reason I had yet to respond. Your maturity still needs some work, but then again so does mine and I wanted to be sure my head was in the right place before I made a final decision.

What I've noticed about you from our talks and just my observations is that you do get frustrated very easily and you tend to rage in pms to people. I used to think this would be a problem, but I've realized lately that no one is perfect and that we all need that quick way to let out some steam. Whenever you get upset, you immediately leave the situation, which is much better than what I've done in the past, so my vote is a +1. However, I still would really like you to tone down the frustrated pms. If not to me, to other people. Your actions and language will cause others to feel at least a little bit of the same way and you probably just didn't realize it was having that sort of reaction.

Besides the maturity, (ugh. I hate that word. We'll call it your handling of situations) I see no other issues with the requirements of being staff. (This is, of course, going strictly off my staff requirements thread)

 

Your in-game activity has dropped to almost zero, why?

I was going to give a +1 on activity, but after I realized your vacation started just 4 days ago (Correct me if I am wrong), you should certainly be active enough to be on the playtime leaderboards for the last 30 days. However you are nowhere on that leaderboard, meaning that you play less than an hour a day on average. -0.25 for now on in-game activity.

I have to disagree based on my in-game experiences. You are very friendly for sure when it comes to staff members and people you have no beef with. But when an issue arises, I think you can become rather immature. I have not seen any of the helping, but as it mainly goes on in pm's (when I do it as well), I can not really judge you on that.

Before judging you on maturity, I would like to mention a few times you have disapointed me. You refused to even give the owner of the team 1984 (me in that case) much of any perms on the teams discord. This later resulted in a mess where CardX members joined the discord, and as you was the only one with perms, I couldn't do anything about it. As I am aware, the same thing happened in the team Dev/Putty. JustFamouz should be able to confirm this. I recently talked to a few members of the community about your app. One mentioned that you have been stealing their teams loot, and when you got caught, you acted like nothing had happened. You did not even apologize. I am not sure mention who gave me this piece of information, as I do not have his permission. Another case was that I can refer to a very trustable member in the community, who should be able to refer you have abused as a sheriff. This member in question is Verlyn. You have also been salty after dying to me a number of times.

I also feel that you feel the need to exercise power over others. This is evident from the demand you always seem to make to be the one who makes the team thread of the ww team you are in. For example ni 1984, you demanded that you would be the one judging applicants. This is more a feeling than a conclusion based on evidence tho.

Based on my experiences, I have to go with a -1 on that.

As your forums activity goes, I think it is the area you do best in. Even tho your last thread in the ww section is almost 2 months old, and your overall activity there is low and the stuff you post sometimes not top tier stuff, are you clearly active enough in this area. This is neither a reason to deny you or promote you in my humble opinion.

-0.5 overall. I think you could be a great staff applicant in the future, if you proved the things I am conserned about are no longer an issue. Note that I concentrate more on the negatives, as I think others have already stated what needs to be said about your positive sides.

Your weakness is no problem to me. Darktitan also doesn't have access to teamspeak but for the interview. Therefore that should be fine. Talk up above about your activity. You went on a trip (sounded like fun even though I don't like fishing) so activity would of course drop. I like your personality and think you would be a great staff member. Best of luck and hopefully this app won't be up for another month. :S

It isn't fair to you, and I'm sorry you have to wait, but understand that Cuddled hasn't been on the forums since June 9th. As she's the staff manager and your application is good enough to not be instantly denied, it wouldn't be anyone's place to accept or deny it but her. I don't know what the outside circumstances are surrounding her inactivity except that she said her computer was broken. However, no one will judge you for going on vacation after you app has been up for 2 months.

 

Speaking from personal experience, and from other people having the same thing happen to them that were staff, the trial period does not require you to be 100% active every single day.

 

I understand, but the hidden secret is that most staff are a little inactive. It isn't important to be on for hours at a time. They'll understand if you're gone because this has been up for months and you had no idea it would be. They're not expecting you to put life on hold until you get accepted or denied. I promise.
