Which is better? Iso or skull crusher?

Here is what I think.

Isolator:
Takes relatively little skill to be good at, but a great amount of skill to be great at.
Instantly makes you a threat.
The absolute best for sniping maps and good for big infect maps.
Still extremely competent on small maps if you know how to stay out of the line of fire.
Does not require scavenger to be 100% effective and therefore can be combined with other perks.
Since it is a sniper, you can take out enemy threats (sorry Joeymast) from a great distance without having to risk much.
One shots people wearing iron armor (again, sorry Joeymast).
Seems to stop nukes like nothing I have ever seen.
A perfect combination with the Python.
Beats most guns in a 1v1 fight.
An all around great gun that will dominate in specific situations and still be great in others.

Skullcrusher:
Takes skill to be good at, but if you are very skilled, you become a serious threat. (Take Joeymast as an example)
One of the best guns for most close range fighting. (Depending on the situation, the mini-gun and lementation may be more effective.)
Great for crowd killing people in packed servers.
You can snipe people with it with surprisingly good results.
Outclassed by most close range weapons on infect.
Requires scavenger to be 100% effective.
Pairs great with the Python (almost everything does), but not as good as the Isolator.
The absolute best non-donor gun for free for all matches.
No knock-back!
An all around great gun that will dominate in specific situations.

Now for the million dollar question.

Skullcrusher user vs Isolator user:
If the player with the Isolator is camping somewhere and can see the player with the Skullcrusher, the Isolator user will almost always win.
If this situation is turned around and the Skullcrusher user is camping, the Isolator still wins.
If in the heat of the battle the two players run into each other at close range, a few things can happen:
1. The Skullcrusher player is quick-scoped and killed by the Isolator player.
2. The Skullcrusher player gets extremely lucky and manages to get off three shots all hitting the Isolator player and killing him before the Isolator user gets off a shot. (Highly unlikely)
3. The Isolator player misses his shot and gets killed by the Skullcrushers first three shots. (A possible and somwhat likely conclusion)
4. The Isolator player misses twice and is killed by the Skullcrusher player. (This is how I usually manage to beat players with the Isolator. Almost all other times I get killed.)
5. The Isolator user brings out his/her Python and mauls the Skullcrusher user. (But that is a completely different story so I won't go in depth to that. :V)
Now I know that the results really depend on the players level of skill, but we are assuming both players have the same skill level as each other.

So, in conclusion it is my opinion that the Isolator and Skullcrusher are the masters of their own trade.(Close range fighting and long range fighting respectively) However, the Isolator is more versatile and able to adapt to different situations than the Skullcrusher and in a fight between the Isolator and Skullcrusher, assuming the players are of equal skill, the Isolator will almost certainly win.

 

Usp45 is the best gun, you should all use it!

Basically it comes down to if you prefer automatics or snipers. Personally, I enjoy them both, but I prefer snipers. So, for me anyway, the Isolator is the dominant weapon of the two.

 

The Skullcrusher is an extremely versatile weapon and is pretty good on most maps. Iso is an incredible sniper that is great for nuking on sniping maps. It depends what map as both are very good but like I said before, Skullcrusher can be used on more maps.

I just prefer MSR for the beastmode firerate :V

 

skully with scav is the same level of noob as the iso is. in fact skully is easier to use then the isolater

Very good question. For me, this all comes down to a pro using iso vs. a pro using skullcrusher. I will tell you one thing if your the guy using the skullcrusher and you encounter the iso guy you better shoot him in the head before he can fire his iso in this case the skulleh wins. However, if you shoot your enemy in the feet with the skullcrusher it takes another 3 round burst to kill your enemy which gives the sniper plenty of time for the iso to hit anywhere, in this case the iso wins. Both of the guns take the same equality of skill so it really depends what you or the enemy does with the skullcrusher so for me its a tie!

Skully because u can just spam it at a door and as soon as they walk past they are dead and also it is very versatile.

 

This is why there both equal skill you can spam the skulleh however, you can't spam the iso.

id agree skully is better becuase its like an automatic sniper just a little less powerful so it may be good for close combat and far combat depending on your current situation

Yea but if you don't aim for the head and a sniper does the sniper is going to get you especially if its the iso. This is why I have no side on this.

iso, end of story

 

well dissasembler is iso and skully mixed into one. It is a sniper but with an auto sized clip. You can use it as a charging weapon as well. But i prefer skully over iso. If i want to sniper i use msr dissasembler or raygun. (raygun if i want to make people rage).
