Battle royale panel blocks glitchy movement

    By panel blocks i mean things such as iron bars and glass panes.....
    If you move around one (im in 1.8.9) you start glitching out and its really annoying when you see a player sized hole in a big iron bar fence but you cant go thru it for some unbeknownst to god reason....
