Diseases

I think I've gotten a disease maybe 5 times in my whole playing time that it has come to the point where I throw out the anti-disease thing. But I agree that these should be more common. But as you stated we are waiting for a developer.

This is a very simple, but solid idea. This could be a WarZ 2.0 suggestion, as this adds realism, and makes sure players are more caution. +1

 

Tree cutting doesn't add to the game but it is there to add more to the game. Diseases would add something to the game to make it more complete.

 

Hmm, I think I disagree. Brawl's Wild West somewhat tries to imitate the stereotypical American Wild West, and back then diseases were very common and very dangerous. I think that the diseases do add to the gameplay to make it feel more like the player is actually living and surviving in the good old Wild West.

Now I think the question is should this even be added to the list of things to be implemented? I mean, WW has so little dev time now that I don't think it wise to waste the little time we have with them with slight changes and problems. If anything, we should compile a list of the most important updates that we want to see, so it's less confusing for everyone.
