Anti Cuffs

    I simply suggest a anti cuff item. It would be illegal and bought at the illegal arms dealer or a new npc. It CANNOT be used on yourself, only other players can un-cuff you. They would have to be slightly expensive, as it would be OP (5-10k ish). This would help with cuff spam, and also let's cuff's stay in play. It would be cool to see this in game because it adds more strategy to sheriff vs bandit combat etc.

    I mean... They would be pretty much unusable in most situations. The cuff to ticket process can take around a second meaning you would not have enough time for another player to react. Also, when people fight sheriffs, they are most likely thinking that they need to kill the sheriff before also being cuffed, rather than saving a friend at the risk of being cuffed too.

    -1 its fair if a sheriff cuffs someone, if this anti cuff happened sheriffs would prob never win fights then. if your cuffed, then your cuffed, thats all. the sheriff got them fair and square.

    I don't see many situations where this could be used as the cuffing, inspecting and ticketing notion takes no more than 2 seconds. -1 sorry.

    I'd actually quite like it. When someone breaks out of handcuffs, they become KOS. You should be able to buy them from the rebel base gun dealer for about 1.5k gold. It'd make it so sheriffs who just run at you with cuffs or try to sneak up on you with cuffs can't instakill you, since it's a pretty lame play style when it happens to you. +1

    Perhaps if it is that OP we can change the amount time of use between items. Otherwise it is completely understandable.
