Fixed Team Rank Permissions Resetting

    You can give permissions to the different ranks with /t perms, however the permissions seem to reset frequently. It seems more frequent than every reboot or every time /baltop updates. I'm not sure why it resets when it does.

    Interesting - I've never noticed a problem with it. What perms have you tested with?
