I think it's a nice way to tell the staff members "thank you". Though I don't think this is the way to do it.

Every moderator is special in their own way. Some are better with people, some better at spotting hacks etc. Honestly, I don't think there should be a competition for best mod. They are all great people in my opinion.

And for saying a "thank you", or giving a cookie in your case, don't be scared to send them a message ingame or on the forums. I am sure they will all love messages like that after the work they put in the server.

 

In my opinion it would be rude to rank who the best and worst moderators are. They all put in a great amount of effort into their position. I do agree with Patrick, just tell a moderator if they are doing a great job in-game.

Pretty sure I saw something like this on Hypixel, too.

 

Eh, this is a good and not good idea.

- How would the staff keep these "cookies"? Would they have it in their history, can't be deleted in an inventory slot, like where do these go?
- Probably just say thank you, just in general there are many ways of thanking or respecting others.
-And, from my perspective, there really isn't a best staff member. They all try their best.
