Lets get straight to it. Right now I don't have a computer, as my old one no longer works. I am looking to get a new computer for up to $600. I would want a laptop, just so I could use it on the go. My main target for the computer is gaming (mostly minecraft, csgo, cod, ect).

I found this laptop (Dell) for only $599.98 (including a headset) here.

Feel free to give me suggestions. I want this thing to last for at least 2 years.

If I were you I would really reconsider taking a pc instead of a laptop. For 600$ you can get a decent gaming PC, but most laptops around 600$ aren't very good.

You will not find a laptop at $600 that can run games like CoD smoothly. The laptop you linked uses the Intel integrated graphics, so it will barely be able to run lightweight games like CS, let alone Minecraft and CoD.

If you want to game, you should either get a PC (the components are cheaper and you can assemble it yourself, so at around $700 to $800 you can get a decent one) or you will have to spend a lot more on a laptop than $600.

Thanks for the information. The only problem, though, is that I really couldn't go over my budget. I found an Alienware PC for $599.99 here. The thing is though, the alienware doesn't include a monitor. Thoughts on it?

That looks like an attempt to create a PC which works as a console. But at $600, it is overpriced for its parts. The processor is an i3 (which is not for gaming anyways) and 3 generations old. There are no details about the graphics card nor the motherboard (so the IO) and both storage and memory aren't impressive. It is also a very small build, so likely it will easily get hot which will either increase noise or affect the performance.

This is a PC at around $600 which almost doubles the performance (or space) of the Alienware PC in all areas: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wWm6zM

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you think I should try to get this computer, or wait longer until I have more money?

If you can, definitely wait longer. With $800 to $1000 you can get a far more balanced build.
