I didn't read the whole thread through, but this sticked out. If the compass would show the distance between you and the enemy it would ruin the gameplay; shifting would become useles and finding the enemy too easy. The only way I can see this implemented is if it would show every 100 blocks how far the player is.

It's okay on Wild West because the map is huge and the player is Rogue just for 5mins.

The other ideas seem nice though.

 

I agree, the compass really doesn't need an upgrade. I really like the idea of more stuff for cars. So far I haven't really felt the need to do much with vehicles besides blow up cars near people for easy kills.

 

I think they should place items in chest instead of leaving the items on the floor.

 

Pretty much every gamemode on Minecraft has items in chest. While it's cool to be unique, some new players may go around trying to open chests and never find items before they're killed. I 100% agree.

Coders won't do anything though because "they like being unique" and because "I made this."

 

I disagree, it's fine the way it is now, and easy to spot.

Strongly disagree; Battle Royale is modeled after King of the Kill and Battlegrounds neither of which have you digging through boxes and it just wouldn't make sense to move spawned items in BR to chests. Most of the spawn locations don't even have chests nearby. If this is really an issue, it would be easily fixed by more of a tutorial.

 

We're not playing those games though, this is Minecraft. In Minecraft loot is in chests. As someone who gets a lot of kills somewhat early in the game, I kill a ton of new players who have literally no items. They don't know where to get items.

I think caring one of each weapon is good, because it would make comboing weapons OP, I like the aspect of the game, making it fair and not making weapons unbalanced. It has it's own play style, separate from War, War Z, and FPSHG. They are nothing alike. The current map is still being worked on, as far as I know though. It could be complete already for all I know, so that meaning, the map will be larger, lets just be patient, maybe more maps will be added in the near future and there will be a Map Voting system added. I'm not trying to shame your ideas, they are pretty great, But in my opinion, I think what already has been implemented satisfies me. Anyways, your feedback will keep the Developers positive on keeping the server Bug Free, and Enjoyable!

 

I too like the weapon inventory restriction. Before it was in place I would carry three AR's or three AK's because it was just too op not to. By having to carry different weapons it forces people to try out other guns and really most of the guns are decent. As to the map, I'd just like to see more variance in where the safezone is to change up the games a little.

 

I want the loot on the ground. I've had my fair share of warz looting and let me tell you; it's not fun. The way it is set up in battle royale is perfectly fine and kinda makes the gamemode even more interesting.

To combat this maybe we could put text in everones screen when they fall down. This could be disabled manually by players if they choose not to see it. The text could read "Find various guns in houses all around the map"

Agreed.

 

I suggested this in a thread about BR I made. It's just that currently new players don't look in the corners of upstairs like we may. They look in chests. An extended time in that glass box and a simple chat tutorial would be great

I like the idea for fuel, rest of the ideas seem ok except for the compass thing.

 

New players can't go around trying to open chests, because there are no chests. If you found any, they were placed by mistake and should be removed. Picking up loot is also a lot easier when you can just walk over it, especially in an intensive gamemode where getting loot as fast as possible is everything.
