Idea Party Clans

I think something like this could work if the levels idea and the leaderboard idea is added. It would add a more competitive feel to the game. I can see gangs / clans / teams trying be the best which will also increase playtime. But as we know party doesn't have much dev time at the moment (Not many servers do) but when party gets its chance I think this would make a great addition!

I actually got very hyped while reading this! Great idea! Just to clarify, would the teams work similar to ctf teams? Ie... there would be two teams and each team would choose some maps and they both face off and at the end of the match which ever has the most coins wins?

 

just make a clan/team, nobody is stopping you

 

I don't know how I feel about this. The competition is there, but I think the reason ctf is so competitive is because it has an actual steady player base and because the games themselves are normally pretty long and challenging. Party has no community, the games are short, and they aren't really challenging. I think the clans wouldn't be used. Even when "teams" were popular back when party was first started not many were made and the ones that were didn't have many members.

 

I can see your point. I didn't know party used to have teams so I thought it would have been a new concept. If they weren't a success back then, then I don't see why they would be now.

But linking to this point is of course the new leaderboard system / leveling system which would increase the competitiveness of party and it should also increase playing time.
