Adding back expensive armor to fix the broken economy

    Well I think the title says most of it so heres the rest.

    ****This is not making diamond armor more expensive****

    I propose adding in more expensive diamond armor.

    Diamond chest plate protection 1 or 2 - 45000

    Diamond leggings protection 1 or 2 - 43000

    These are expensive because it would be annoying to see every player in the game running around wearing this. It's meant to cost around 100k, which means it would take an Elite 60 mins of wg farming to buy. I only proposed the chest and legs, because its the main component of the set and has the most durability. Also because a full prot 1/2 dia set would be way too OP. This is meant to sort of fix the economy, since the majority of big players are starting to not care about money. It also adds more to the game and can change strategy up. Needing more people to take down a tank etc. This might even inspire more guns to be added, and it's a good bandit counter for kevlar. Tanks also avoid the catastrophe with making regular diamond armor more expensive, since most players already have a lot of regular sets; they would have to spend money on this armor rather than using previously stored (since there isn't any).


    If this seems sketchy it's because I came up with this at 3:42 AM, so... cut me some slack.

    I got some sleep so heres the new deal.
    Make a reset, I couldn't agree more with what @Hitchens said in his previous thread, I think it would fix a lot of the issues were faced with regarding the economy as well.

    Emm Kevlar was made to help with 1v2+

    A Kevlar going into wg base with 5 people with proc1 or proc2 armor.... A waste of 20k for Kevlar then

    Such huge economy changes would require a reset, and I don't think this is a good idea. Diamond armor used to cost around 75k which made diamond armor precious. Most people wore indian, meaning people who had diamond would have a huge advantage. I believe it to be the same situation here if this was added.

    I think there should be a reset. And coming with it, diamond armor should have added value. Also diamond armor should be reverted back to 80% damage reduction so that diamond helmets have use. Iron armor should have prot 1 so it is still very close to diamond armor. My suggested values:

    Diamond Helmet: 7500
    Diamond Chestplate: 15000
    Diamond Leggings: 10000
    Diamond Boots: 7500

    Leaving a full diamond armor set at 40k.

    You can also turn the situation around, what if a full D gets 2v1'ed by 2 kevlars?

    Especially if this set is meant to be 100k, I think it outweighs the kevlar...

    IMO this would make less people play. It takes over 2 hours to get 40k as an unranked play. Do you want this game to be based on fighting or being bored to death?

    Bruhhhh lets be honest here, there are barely 2 sheriffs on let only one

    Are you talking about regular armor or a proc 1 diamond armor

    Interesting idea but new players always strive for diamond armor, if this happens, they can die easily and lost 40k

    And let's be honest again here there is never going to be proc 2 diamond armor, I hope you guys understand how OP diamond armor proc 2 is. It would make Kevlar look like a joke, let only normal diamond armor or gold armor. If we were going to add proc to diamond armor, it would only be proc 1, nothing more.

    I see as in *tanks* that they have more defense and less damage. Here it's just more defense with the same damage. As it is so expensive most of the time only the rich can pay this gear on wildwest. And the rich people are most of the time in the top tier skill level of wildwest that makes them way stronger as they are now. So -1 by me.
