I have the best tip ever for beginners, I've done it, it works, even in Gold Nova:
Buy the P90, camp a random corner and just spray any opponent, aiming for the body (spray will end up on the head).

Also google how to play offline aimtraining in 'Workshops'.

Learn the spray pattern for the ak and practice it religiously. Also play surf, bhop, and kz maps so your movement gets better. Get used to having good crosshair placement and preaiming an area where an enemy may peek, good crosshair placement can compensate for poor aim. Gamesense is acquired just by playing the game as much as possible.

    tl;dr
play the game a lot and try to improve your movement and crosshair placement

play community deathmatch servers to work on aim and queue with friends to rank up in matchmaking. while you can do offline sim maps, i find dm to be way better practice because of how people move and it helps with getting familiar with angles
