    HENLO BRAWLERS MY IDEA IS VERY SIMPLE, WITH "/SUPPORT" & "/REPORT".
    IF YOU SEND A /SUPPORT OR /REPORT MESSAGE, AND THERES NO STAFF ONLINE, IT SHOULD SAY
    "THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO STAFF ONLINE" OR SOMETHING

    KTHNKS BYE, HAVE A GREAT DAY




    CONS:
    WILL BE ABUSED BY HACKERS TO GET AWAY WITH HACKING, FIX: *CONTROL WHEN STAFF R ONLINE XDDXDXDX COMMUNIST MUCH

    ill think of something

    build team count as "staff" so, they could be able to respond to /support messages, ?? they could also see /reports, and then be able to pass it onto a staff member on slack or something,

    Doesn't help if no staff member is on. Besides, build team members are not in the staff slack. Best would still be to record and report
