Report cooldown

From my time as staff, I can give input here from experience and say the spam isn't really as bad as you're making it sound to the community. Reports are steady, but are often on the same server and, with exception to EU, there are typically enough staff to be able to handle them all.

Player 1 = hacker
Player 2 = snitch
Player 3 = snitch

Player 1 has killed Player 2
Player 1 has killed Player 3

Player 2: Player 1 you hacker! all report Player 1
Player 3: yeh im going to report Player 1 aswell
Player 2: /report Player1 B I C C H A C C
Player 3: /report Player1 B I C C H A C C *A report for this player has already been sent in the last 30seconds*

If you have a low iq then my idea is as follows:

Only 1 report can be sent for a specific player every 30seconds, no matter on who is sending the report.

 

but the Player 1, Player 2, Player 3 ideas always work

 

Tbh I use /support sometimes if the cooldown is on or I /report and be like "/report player 1 (hack) // Player 2 (hack) // Player 3 (hack)" but a shorter cooldown like 15 seconds I don't see why not for /report it is still a cooldown but will allow for faster reports if more hackers are online Esp on kitbrawl.
