add a Whip

That would be cool

 

I like this idea but I feel that if this was implemented, when chasing down people on horse-back, then whoever had the whip would win. But I don't feel like that is a massive reason to not implement this.

Also, if you used one of these would it make you rogue? Some may say that this falls into the category of animal cruelty but to be fair you can kill cows and wolves without going rogue so I'd assume not.

Overall, I like the idea. I don't think it should be a priority but I think it is something to consider.

 

Maybe it could do a heart of damage to the horse so it doesn't get spammed.

I like the idea of a little speed boost for 10sec. +1

 

Seems like a fun idea, I agree what is discused above. 20 sec cooldown is oke (maybe 30 sec).

One question tho, is it illegal or legal?

 

If it maybe gave you rogue for 10 seconds when you use it, I think this would balance it much more as people could know the general area you are.

 

A speed horse going 32 blocks per s... No, horse pvp is already way too op as it is. -1.

 

This is a decent idea but it will get spammed.

 

I feel like you should have to buy a faster horse instead of buying a temporarily thing to make a horse go faster -1

 

I like the idea my only concern would be the cost, because it seems like something that all people should be able to afford while still being expensive enough to not make it overpowered.
