Ban Message Cosmetics

    Best way I can explain this is with an example.

    @tchuckraider would type something like "/banmessage Player123 <message ID>". When Player123 was banned, it would say that message instead of "THE BAN HAMMER HAS SPOKEN".

    So say if we were offering the following ban messages (there's probably better ones out there, but you get the idea):
    1. Hold this L, Player123!
    2. Pce nerd, Player123
    Tchuck could do /banmessage Player123 1, and if Player123 was banned, it'd say "Hold this L, Player123!".

    It'd probably be best not to sell custom ones for obvious reasons, but I could see people buying this :v

    I don't think people would buy this unless it showed the message for everybody. if there was one person who had the message bought on the server, it should show that message to everyone on the server. if there's more than one person who had it bought, it could be a random selection between the two or however many people had bought it.

    I think maybe global taunts like this would be better and more practical. Ie you buy a taunt that lets you do /taunt (ID) Player, and say ID 1 is "Take this L, _____", it would globally, in fancy text, say "Take this L, Ry23an" and have it on say a 30 min cooldown or something.

    I think its not really needed, but random ban messages would be fun.

    No one knows when a player will be banned so he might use it, log off 20mins later and then the Player gets banned.
    Also what if multiple users use it on the same person?
