    Agreed. Especially when you constantly flame staff, spread lies about staff, and try to get them demoted. That's how you ensure your opinion doesn't get heard

    Hey last time I flamed staff was when I was pissed at everything at once and dealing with some stress. I misunderstood something which lead to what I said.
    (I'd quote 0racle's amazing outros here but I'd get banned for inappropriate content probably so I'll leave it at that Xd)

    If you're talking about the forums, then yes of course it was a long time given that you were banned for over three months.

    However this is untrue elsewhere. You'd constantly make snide comments on discord simply because of a feud which you cannot seem to get over.

    No you didn't. You flamed and lied about Tom for months to get him demoted, which is why he has you blocked on discord. You almost got Matt demoted in the process.

    I mean you really have no business complaining about "staff engagement" when literally everything you have done is give reasons for staff not to engage with the community.

    I'd think 0racle is one of the last people you'd want to quote if you wished to be taken seriously

    anyway that's ^^ getting off topic.

    I've been staff for almost 2 years and a player for another 2, I see basically every viewpoint now. However, after stating opinions they are taken very differently being a player compared to a SMOD

    Popularity in the community should be a factor in whether or not someone gets promoted to smod, but it shouldn't be a main factor or anything. Promotions should be based on how good a staff member is; it should not be a popularity contest.

    I never said that. I just said that community engagement is important to know what the community wants and not wants. I never specified it should be SMODs. However, I do think community engagement is important if someone wants SMOD.
