What happened to all the MC-WAR players

    I remember I used to play mc war 3 to 5 years ago and on weekends the first two mc war servers would be full with 70 people and the other servers almost full. There used to be so many people playing but i stopped playing mc for a couple years and when i tried coming back i somehow lost my minecraft account but i made a new one and theres barely anyone on mc war. Im just wondering why the server player count went down so much because now its really hard to get the 25 kill streak MOAB that I used to get about twice a day back then.

    Multiple reasons, EULA killed off brawl sightly. Minecrafts player base in general has declined massively as people have moved onto different games which inturn did the same to brawl.

    What he said and in my opinion, donor weapons played a role in this also. EULA prevented new players from buying any donor items. Also donor guns, also imo, had gotten a lot more common. Especially on infect. New players would become root zombies and end up getting raygun spammed. No new player is going to want to play on a server where they get one shot. Then again, this is just my opinion. It's what made me quit legacy war anyways. Too many isos and rayguns. Everything became who can one-shot the other player first.

    People are growing up and moving on. The Eula didn't do much (imo) as people were gradually quitting anyways.

    I disagree. Before EULA, Brawl was hitting numbers of over 400 but that happens very rarely now and after EULA

    The problem was that to the regular player who was not on the forums, they had no idea what was going on, so they assumed that the server was shutting down or something.

    However, I do agree with the other points. Brawl's war player base was not doing good before 2.0, because veterans got bored, and new players get owned by all the other guns like the iso and Ray gun.

    the servers got suuuuper boring and didnt really receive any more attention from popular youtubers past 2013

    Yep. After the OG players such Queen quit it wasn't the same. Seriously miss how it used to be.
