I've returned and levelled up a little, but 2.0 has three major issues

Took several months off and returned for the 'soon' that finally arrived, 2.0!
First I'd like to say that I'm a big fan of most of the changes, but in the couple of hours that I've played, three problems are super apparent.
1. Spawns on FFA style games are bad. Reaaally bad, even in small lobbies (<15 players). In these style games it often happens that you either spawn immediately behind or even inside other players, or others spawn in or behind you, really breaks the game sometimes.
2. The anti-cheat is so. Incredibly. Bad. Of the last 7 times I logged to play, 6 of them had 1-4 hackers at a time using everything from anti-kb, kill aura, bhop, to blatant speed and fly hacks. I don't know, maybe get a better anti-cheat, but when these kinds of players are on, it entirely ruins most of the new game modes.
3. This rolls right into problem three: no moderation. When I say that I mean that when hackers are on, multiple people /report and then hours go by before anyone cares to check the reports or do anything about it. I've literally seen at least twice the amount of people freely getting away with hacking than those that ever get bans. Maybe consider taking on some more jmods or even just 2-3 dedicated mods for 2.0, because right now, it's an everything goes, no rules server essentially.
The first one may not really be fixable, but after playing on Brawl for as long as I have and really enjoyed most of what brawl offers, it's really disappointing to see 2.0 going to trash because of bad moderation/anti-cheat.
What is brawl doing about these and in the mean time what can the more loyal players do to still have an enjoyable time?
