screenshare them and record it, if they don't accept the screenshare then you can assume they're hacking instead of ping

Lag = Connection
Connection = Router and Location
Router and Location = Could be determined as an unfair advantage due to people living closer having lower connection people could be richer getting better internet connection too however, people 90% of the time cannot help what their connection is and would be pointless to do anything against it in my own opinion.

I know how to screenshare I know how to do it properly but brawl doesn't screenshare their players and would be pointless to and I've made threads requesting loads and loads of people have made threads requesting it still hasn't changed so that is out the window.

Yes, I understand people may think these players are cheating but you don't have to hackusate them publicly and act childish about it. You all need to take a breather or something and chill out. If you've got evidence PM me or other Staff Members that evidence of players you think are hacking. I know you all probably think the same I do "It takes forever to get them banned for GC'ing" and I agree on that but, It could be a lot faster if people stopped complaining and help to get evidence to pile up on players using GC's and will most likely help get them banned faster. There are some players not going to mention names I've been getting evidence on for

I'd also like to point out that "Ethernet settings" or "Regedit" both aren't actually going to help you in any way with Minecraft PvP. Changing files on your computer isn't going to all of a sudden speed up your router so much to the point you can see a difference and it isn't going to magically move you to an area close to the Server host. Regedit speeds up latency which is barely even noticeable and doesn't affect Minecraft in the slightest with it. The only "KB settings" would have to be with Minecraft itself either injected or Modded into your game.

I'd also like to point out comparing one GC'ers reach to another person who supposedly uses a GC isn't really anything too special considering a high delay like 300ms and above will cause it to look like they have really high range but really they don't. Movement in Minecraft with big delays is going to make you see further away for one player but on your screen, you have that 0 delay screen on your own so you're going to be right next to the player.

My view on this is, the thread is pretty dumb and stop hackusating one another there isn't a need for it, I'm not on anybody's side but please just be more mature stop hackusating and be respectful to each other.

The admins think mandatory screensharing is a violation of privacy therefore, they don’t do it

 

Why use a screen share tool? There are other ways in finding clients. (I'll get back on topic now)

 

staff are not allowed to screenshare, but if you record yourself screensharing that player and upload it they can still get banned

had it done on warz several times

never said they have to do it
