Yes, Brawl is dead. We used to have over a thousand players a day back in the day. Looking at the current numbers it gives me a depression.(Not really, but it looks depressing)

Brawl just having 2 devs sucks too. Having these amount of servers for just them two isn't something right. I can't tell to much about it as I rarely play brawl at all anymore.

I'm sure all of the ideas are a big help, especially if you have loads of ideas. But again, 2 devs for so much ideas. Also sure they're happy about the creativity some people have and they're wanting to realise it. But it's hard to do it.

And @SoullessAngel_ I see you've been mod. I don't think you know me, but I've been a mod back in the day. Seeing how you react gives me the thoughts why, oh why they even accepted you... If you're complaining about these things, why did you then apply? Not trying to start a flame war, but I just hate seeing these things go around here.

Brawl's management is literally ass right now, NOTHING has been done to improve the quality of wild west. The only players on are regulars who come on just to fight. Its been a long time since ive seen higher staff actually play this server. I mean, famouz recently got banned for being a alt of imingo but they share accounts. Famouz would never do stupid stuff to get banned, and banning a regular isn't really helping this mess of a server. As for brawl not having enough funds to hire devs, maybe lower your requirements for being a dev? there are plenty of devs who are willing to work, but the management is so selective it literally doesn't hire anyone thats not like 30 years old. If putty actually actively looked for a dev, he will find one, instead of pocketing the money for himself.

As for the forums being dead, we used to post our ideas here in the small chance that it will be added. But we all know the higher ups literally dont even peek in this place, so why bother? Its evident they dont care about us, only our money.

 

Wait JustFamouz is banned for alt of iMingo? That not fair at all, considering it's not even justfam's alt. It wasn't secret at all, since she told everyone on wild west multiply times iMingo was her and iMingo and justfam shared to account. Especially considering all the stuff she did for ww like huge drop parties she shouldn't be banned at all.

JustFamouz should get unbanned, she did nothing wrong, it's my opinion but still

If that rule was actually enforced, then could I theoretically get the staff members who use my alternate accounts banned?

I read over what I said earlier and I was a pretty big ass about it, so I'm sorry about that. It doesn't change the fact that, from our perspective, nothing is being done.

Minecraft may be dying. It also may not be. However, it is not a valid argument when other servers are able to keep/increase their average playerbase.

Seeing how the biggest problem lies with the dev time, what would you do if you got it? There haven't been any threads pertaining to the WW rework since randomcitizen's resignation, and I seriously doubt that the rework has been "completely" sketched out with only a few staff members contributing. I understand the fact that most decisions are done independently w/o the help/input of the community, but the content of the gamemode is probably the only thing that truly needs to be discussed between the community. People(like me) don't see anything done and we automatically assume that nothing is being done. You hiding virtually everything you do until the moment you decide to release something isn't making us happy.

 

Sometimes rules don't help servers, banning Famouz isn't smart to do since he was one of the most active players. He also cared about Wild West (maybe he still does) and made ideas for improving Wild West. Bear is a chill dude and it isn't justice to ban Famouz.

 

Agree, iMingo was banned for (as far as I'm aware) a forum related issue, Famouz used Mingos account for in game purposes, and (I could be wrong) he didnt give Mingo access to his main account.

I'm hoping his ban will be resolved with an appeal.

No, that rule is not justified in the slightest. Theoretically I could get half the active playerbase and staff members(including you, I know I shared alts with you) banned because of that rule. It seems that someone didn't like Mingo and/or Famouz and made a completely bull**** ban to get rid of them.

 

The ban on iMingo was justified, however I do not think JustFamouz ban was. JustFamouz will be unbanned I think.

We have been telling people we are working on a new/heavily edited map (which we do). We do actually have plans of what to do if we would suddenly get dev time. We have planned making threads stating our plans for the code updates when they are relevant (when the map is finished/almost finished), which is pretty soon. We do have some events comming as well, one of which thread will be posted today (if all goes as planned). With that said, I realize how bad the communication has been, and the ww staff team in particular certainly needs to improve in that sense. I am in no way without guilt myself either.

Good rules do not hurt the server, only bad rules do :V

 

When the rule violation is really heavy it isn't worth the money to keep him unbanned. If it is minor he can always give us more money (unban fees) :V
