    Question: So for my giveaway I'm not gonna pay full price when gifting someone if they have a rank. Example: xdxdxd has lifetime MVP. He wins the lifetime elite part of my giveaway, would I be charged the reduced or do I need to pay full price for it. and note if I gift, would i get tickets to the raffle or would they go to the recipient?

    I tested myself and it appears that you cannot use the gift feature on the store to upgrade someone's rank. You will have to "log in" as them on the store to purchase it for them. Thus, this would give them the raffle tickets.

    We're going off of the native system the store uses as other players would want the same and it would lead to a mess of trying to track who bought what.
