    The KOTH rewards are kind of, uhm, weak sometimes. You only have one way to get p4 and most of the time you end up with a mosh egg or something else that you’ll have almost no use for. So, how about adding Unbreaking IV?

    Unbreaking IV would be quite OP because when others helmets are broken, you’ll still have yours. How do you get it then?
    At KOTH, you’ll have a small percentage of receiving a single piece of armor (or an enchanted book) with Protection IV and Unbreaking IV.

    This would also make it more spicy with some rarer P4 to find in raids yee

    I mean, right now, the only incentive people have to win the KOTH is to ruin Ritzy's dreams (sorry I had to <3).

    I've heard all the KOTH loot is crap - we need to give out stuff that is exclusive to winning KOTH, but Unbreaking IV books seems a little bit... lame. We need more interesting loot.

    most p4 fights last till armor pops so -1 from me but i think all koth loot should be boosted by a stack of dia and 2 stacks of xp bottles to cover the p4 repair costs. I do think the koth loot needs better %chance to get the p4 and more valuable stuff as getting mushi eggs from 4/5 koth keys is annoying and just devalues the mushi eggs from 200g to 40g

    This is why unbreaking 4 would be OP, the opponents armor pops before yours, even if (s)he gets more hits on you

    I don't know why you are making this thread, do you want us to have another advantage? It's not like Mel0n is every going to with a koth.

    Good idea, hopefully it will be added so we can get even more stacked.

    Originally 0racle and I suggested low tier shop items like that as rewards when we were first discussing KOTHs but we were shot down and only allowed to do in-game items.

    I’ll take a look into the KOTH prizes since I was the one that changed them originally. Unbreaking IV should be one piece of armor, nonsellable on the shop and unrepairable imo if it were to be added to the prize pool

    Then your can literally only use the armor once. If there’s no way to repair it, at the end of the map you’d have 10 halfbroken ub4 pieces.

    Imo it should be able to both sell it in shop and repair it.

    Far too OP. Would also ruin the economy imo. Even when we were discussing adding unbreaking IV to koth loot back then everyone in the discussion agreed it was too op. Only way to balance it would be to make it unrepairable/unsellable or else you’d see one team horde it and be literally unbeatable. Making it unrepairable/unsellable would make it kind of an emergency high risk high reward type deal.

    You'd have to win a lot of KOTH's to get an entire set - for yourself. Remember, you don't get full sets, just one single piece. The chances of getting a piece wouldn't be high either. The map would reset before an entire team would get one set each.

    I would love to see just like, unbreaking books, depth strider boots, and protection books. Delete mushroom egg and add something for that.

    The KOTH bow doesn't even have Punch 2, which is the only enchantment most of the players are looking for.
