Rendered Map

What is a rendered map? xd

 

It might be something interesting to have now that the topic of a new map in Wild West appeared.

 

I don't think this is useful enough for the dev time. Quite frankly, I think the main component the ww community would want changed is the pvp. +0

 

It already exists, though it is old. I saw it on a really old wild west forum post.

 

That wasn't the same thing, I think gifd made it. What you saw was more of a drawing.

 

Shall I bring back the dead forums post? Daylight cycle is 1 command, that's it, and it still is not in the game.
It doesn't matter the speed of the task, more so the relevancy and demand for it.

No, there was an actual rendered map that you could zoom in on.

 

Perhaps you should've fact checked this first. First off, maps don't need to be added, there is a compass that directs you to a desired location more accurately and conveniently. You can tell that maps are not highly demanded due to the lack of forums posts. On the contrast, daylight cycle has a higher player base demand; Hence the various forums posts asking for it.

 

I dont think this is needed, the compass can be used to track all relevant locations, a rendered map would also ruin some easter eggs and special locations.

There is, if not, was a DynMap of the current Wild West map.

But if there’s is way for adding a dynmap that doesn’t give away information about a player’s location, I don’t see why it shouldn’t be created.

Its creation seems fairly easy, an amateur could do. But like I said I am concerned if it gives away player locations.
