    When I made my journey there on horse there was a barrier about 4000 blocks away and I couldn't get past it

    The server is broken, you can break blocks for some reason.

    Wait what xD,
    I've personally been out of the sheriff hq to find that it's surrounded with barrier blocks at one point, I still don't know how you got in XD
    P.S. oh please don't tell anyone how or sheriffs will end up with massive amounts of bandits sawing off sheriffs at respawn time xd
    But good job on getting in xd

    He said that the server was broken and you could break blocks. Also I think that even if you could do this in normal gameplay sheriffs wouldn't get spawnkilled since I remember they could choose where to respawn, just like a bandit. That's what I remember, tho.

    it still respawns the player at the hq, but they need to select quickly or they might get spawnkilled if it stays this way.

    Even if they could get there they couldn't do anything. When the server got fixed and I moved inside of the hq I got tp'd out automatically.
