Bug Bandolier Malfunction

So.. This bug is probably already pretty well known, but I did not see a report about it, so I decided to make one just in case. The problem is that if you're using the bandolier perk, your starting ammo will not increase until you have died, rejoined the game, or are joining the game for the first time. If you load into the game from the lobby, you will not receive boosted ammunition. This may not seem that bad at first glance, but it is actually quite problematic, especially for people who are trying to keep their KDR and/or just survive and conserve ammo. I cannot activate my perk until I die, join late in the game, or possibly switch teams. All of which would have an impact on how I'm able to play the game. I'll include a little video showing exactly what happens.

Really...? I've never noticed it with the others, but I guess that might be because most of them aren't as easily observed as the ammo count. If this is true, I hope they all get resolved soon, and not #soon.
