Command Blocks

    Is there a way to get command blocks without being on the build team? I'm sure the answer is you need special permissions. So the next question would be how do I get those? It's for a future Raid event and they're needed to send messages to players.

    You can just import them from SP to Brawl, however command blocks do not function on Build for obvious reasons.

    I'm pretty sure you don't need to import it, it can easily be worldedited in, but as @Lekosa1 said, you're not going to be able to use it on build (pretty sure not even staff can), though I'm sure it'll work when it is used in raid if it's not disabled. The only downside is that you won't be able to test it in build I guess.

    Like said above command blocks disabled for obvious reasons - they can easily be abused. I don’t they will ever enable them.
    If you want your event map, which I believe you want to be imported to Raid for an event, to have command blocks send messages to players I suggest you to talk with a higher up beforehand. After you finish with the actual event map and a higher up agrees to put it on the game just ask them to do the command blocks for you there.
