    Cap splash slowness to 90sec
    But other than that think debuffs are ok

    Put the times the same as the the times for poison

    So you are requesting slowness to be 1:30
    And poison to be 1:30

    Yeah for the extended ones
    The reg slowness the same time as the reg poison
    And the slowness2 (if it exists) the same as the poison 2
