I find it annoying when people comment on things when they don't actually figure out what they are talking about before they comment. Especially when they say people are "not communicating enough" when in reality me and @Xion have communicated MORE than enough that there is a video under many different circumstances. Perhaps you should try something called asking instead of butting in and calling us "annoying" for not spelling out simple details to people incapable of following our discussions?​

for background information, a player named kasra got banned for 'anti-knockback' because he jumped off a building on warz, and when he was shot (by one bullet from a barret) he seemed to fall straight down. there was a video uploaded of this and he got banned for it, but in the video you could see he took knock back from shooting his guns in the clip, indicating it was lag instead of an actual hacked client. kasra made an appeal before this was discovered, which got denied. xion made another appeal explaining this but it was denied simply because kasra didn't make it himself, even though he was unable to.

 

I do not flame though, I also notice that you failed to deny that you used no form of logic. Your very signature "eZ" speaks volumes...

Your lack of logic and avoidance of answering simple questions is astounding. Your signature technically is a message you send with every post, and yours is one of immaturity. Some could even consider it to make you a troll or a flamer. However, my post is still allowed because I did not only comment on your signature, I was simply pointing out that, yet again, you have failed to answer a straightforward question and directed attention elsewhere. Why do so many people on this thread seem to do that?
Anyways @Lord_Roke you might as well lock the thread, there hasn't been a single moderator willing to discuss the ban with me over ts under the given 10 hour a day time frames I've given every day since last Saturday in the support needed channel besides casper and a good friend of mine who I spoke to over snapchat and steam. I would say there is little to no point in continuing this, if that many hours in a support channel won't get attention, then I highly doubt this thread well.

I am confused by what your response is aimed to, I do not believe you read my statements carefully enough and misunderstood them.

 

The punishment system is exploited by numerous staff members. @Loka got permanently banned for dropping a staff member's DoX with no evidence whatsoever. Although his appeal was denied, when I helped him out by making my own, his ban length was reduced. There's nothing wrong with having friends make appeals when they have more experience with the system. Given that there was conclusive evidence countering the validity of the ban in question here, the fact that a second appeal was denied for not being submitted by the owner of the banned account is ridiculous.

Speaking of which... you keep saying you've been sitting in TS for 10 hours waiting for 1 staff member to answer your question as if that's some kind of justification for your sarcastic, dramatic, over the top posts. You aren't a lawyer and Xion isn't your client.

And Xion's question has already been answered (by several staff including @Fuiji) - although I think the best way to phrase it would be that you don't just toss out a rule, which is there for good reason (i.e. "friends" trying to get someone's appeal denied by making a fake one beforehand, or a friend making an appeal for you with incomplete knowledge), because of a mistake by staff. Making an exception would just make having the rule pointless, particularly because only the person who was banned knows 100% what's going on. If I bungee jump off a building (irl) and record it on a tripod then yeah the video shows one POV of what happened but not what happened from my POV. It isn't the same thing
