    Hey.
    I remember as a staff member I had to deal with a lot of pressure regarding how much time I spent online. Every month there is even a spreadsheet made with all the staff activity statistics, and you got shamed for not doing your job.

    I knew that if I'm not going to be available, it's better to resign than to just not do my job at all.

    Why is there such a double standard for other people? It doesn't seem fair. I started getting PM's about activity if I was m.i.a. for less than two weeks.

    Edit: small success, she showed back up online. Striking through this because I am appreciative.

    As much as I love @Canoodle, I doubt she'll even see this because she hasn't logged into the forums since last June. Girlllllllll... I like you but dang. I'm writing this from my phone, I know you have a smartphone with internet access.

    Also about forum activity what about maturity, I was denied loads of times for just that and then I see staff members aggressively flaming people in PMs...

    Ah yes, the AFK Staff. Really, if the staff are going AFK they should make it obvious but putting "I am going AFK to (Do something) for (How long)" Or the same thing for in teamspeak if they are speaking to someone.

    Y'all go check out this thread.

    I didn't realize that thread was about the whole afk staff problem when I made this thread because the title didn't say so. Lol.

    @RowinMC true, every other staff member is required to submit an inactivity report, but it seems like some staff members get special treatment over others and it's complete crap.

    I'm okay with the cuddled situation because she legitimately could not get on brawl for the majority of her inactive period, and she has plans to come back soon.

    What I'm not okay with is the moderators who haven't logged in for months and don't have a legitimate excuse or plan to come back.
