Videos on the McPvP/Brawl channel

    As far as i know players could upload videos to the Mcpvp channel, for example Montages or other regular gameplay videos.
    Why does Brawl not encourage players to upload videos on this channel? Its a win-win situation. The uploader/creator has more views and Brawl has advertisement for free.


    @Lord_Roke why does Brawl not use this "gold mine"?

    We don't really have that many YouTubers on Brawl who upload quality videos. However, we should have some sort of system in place in case we do get someone uploading quality videos. It might even encourage people to start making videos too, who knows.

    Many german minecraft server have a premium plus rank which is for smaller youtubers who frequently make good videos. Brawl should add something likewise to encourage more smaller Youtubers to upload brawl videos

    Ideally youtubers would record on Brawl because they enjoy playing on the server, not because of what rank they get or whatever. I can see doing this for larger youtubers - say 100k subs or more - if they actively played on Brawl. If Brawl is getting a lot out of it (in terms of playercounts and revenue) its only fair that they get some significant perks. That was how it was with McPVP and Budokkan, although making him an admin wasn't the best idea.

    People who just make good videos for the rank are just as good as the ones who actually do it because they like it. All advertisement is about are views. Get as many views as possible.

    I hope I'm not bringing in too much of a necrobump here (if I am - sorry @mods), but I feel as if Brawl should be supporting the smaller YTers who play on Brawl more than the very few large ones that do so. For instance, smaller Twitch streamers, smaller Youtubers who only play on certain servers, or the like.
    I also feel as if there should be more of an incentive for the average bob to record and upload videos - the only montages we see in the news are WarZ clips (ok, almost all of the time) which are partly pretty cool but mostly more eh than wow. I would LOVE to see some more KitBrawl, CTF, Raid, but most importantly (of course) more HG videos and montages. Of course (especially with the latter) this isn't easy, but that's where the incentive comes in.
