    The mod was on investigating X-ray activity already from this guy. This guy offered me 4 stacks dia blocks for VIP and his dia ore ratio is high (pointing to X-Ray that he was trying to use to get rank). He admitted to X-raying earlier in chat. This was open/shut.

    Shadow might have tped to the xrayer and checked if he was actually hacking. You can't know if this is a false ban

    I was already watching him at the time. Him saying that just proved his hacking even more. It was not a false ban. He even went and admitted to hacking on his appeal.

    It’s like an investigation. PvpProNerd had evidence of hacking from:

    -Suspicious mining
    -High dia ore ratio
    -Admission to hacking multiple times

    Ergo, while one piece is weak alone, all 3 together point to a near certainty of him hacking.
