Changes and Updates - February 2018!

Hello Kit-Brawlers,

I'm happy to announce some small updates and changes that have been implemented into KitBrawl this month, with the help of @GetShadowRealmed, and @MoistMayonnaise, and of course, thanks to @chickenputty for putting these changes into action.

So you might be wondering, what's new and what has changed? Well lets get right into it!

Vanilla FFA Kit Changes.
We've changed up three of our Vanilla Free-For-All arena kits as for popular demand to attempt to balance and even out these kits.

Spoiler: Brute

Changes:

• Diamond helmet changed to iron
• Diamond boots changed to iron
• Iron sword changed to sharp 1 Diamond

Spoiler: Ninja

Changes:

• Removed the strength potion effect
• Changed diamond sword sharp 2 to sharp 3

Spoiler: Tank

Changes:

• Diamond sharp 2 sword to stone sharp 1 sword.

Details And Minor Fixes
We've decided to go ahead and add some more details and fix up some small issues within KitBrawl that we agreed to be changed/fixed.

Spoiler: Lobby and FFA Selectors

When joining the FFA Arenas you get items in your 8th and 9th slot that allow you to either switch to the opposite FFA or go to the KitBrawl Lobby. This used to cause an issue when players died and they'd automatically be sent to the opposite FFA arena or the KitBrawl lobby and have to rejoin the arenas.

We've fixed this by adding a GUI when clicking the items that will appear on your screen with a "Yes" and "No" option to make sure this is the action you want to take place and lower/stop the issue of accidentally leaving the current FFA arena you are in.

Spoiler: Killstreak Announcements

We've added more killstreak announcements to appear past the value of a 100 killstreak, the new killstreak announcements are:

• 150 Killstreak announcement, with the name of "Limitless"
• 200 Killstreak announcement, with the name of "Destructive"
• 250 Killstreak announcement, with the name of "Unbeatable"
• 300 Killstreak announcement, with the name "Indestructible"

When you hit a 250 killstreak you get double the bonus as you would from the current 100 killstreak bonus.

Spoiler: Achievement issue.

The achievement of owning all FFA arena kits should be fixed and everyone that currently owns them should receive the achievement soon.

Spoiler: /Team Create

You can now create teams by using /team create instead of having to leave the FFA arenas and using the lobby item.

New Duel
We've added a new duel alongside the other soup 1v1 duels that we currently have. We decided to add this due to a thread being posted which got positive feedback and was suggested multiple times through PMs.

Armour:

• Full Diamond

Items:

• Diamond sword sharp 1
• Full inventory of soup (-1 for diamond sword)

Potion Effects:

• Speed 2

EXP Level Shop
As for popular demand for a while now, we've added a way for you to spend your credits and level more efficiently. We've had this idea appear a few times within the discussion we've had and here on the forums, we've made the prices and amount of experience as balanced as we can but these may change in future if we think it is too over or underpowered to use.

Spoiler: EXP Levelling Shop

Within /shop you'll find the EXP store the values of which you can spend credits for levelling are as follows:

• 10,000 Credits For 2,500 Leveling Experience
• 25,000 Credits For 5,000 Leveling Experience
• 50,000 Credits For 10,000 Leveling Experience
• 100,000 Credits for 20,000 Leveling Experience

Keep in mind this may not be implemented at the time of this post but will be implemented soon as it is still being created.

We've also added a change for Moderators on KitBrawl that will give you something to look forward to for future.

Note: The EXP shop is currently disabled while a bug is resolved.

Stone Sharp 1 is stronger than a regular iron sword (what brute used to have), it's not too weak if you consider how strong brute was.
