Should boosters only affect the purchaser and ranked users?

Disclaimer: This idea is purely to generate more money for brawl. I am aware it would make a lot of people upset, and I'm not even sure if this idea is viable with EULA. This is purely a discussion to test the waters / gain opinions on this idea keeping Brawl's financial state in mind.

So thinking of ways to help make brawl money and being EULA complaint, I thought of making booster effects only applicable with those VIP+ and the person who purchased it. I have absolutely no idea if this idea is allowed under EULA terms or not, but I think it would make boosters potentially more appealing, as it essentially would be a "limited perk", but also technically a server wide thing. If this is allowed, you could even just slap on another one time purchase thing that would make you a recipient of all boosters for life and potentially make more money on this or ranks as a whole. This would be a sacrifice for those players who cannot afford ranks or whatever, but might give more funds towards projects and such, which I think would be a lot more beneficial long run. Not all boosters need to be affected by this condition, but I definitely think most should in order to make the most money. Please let me know what you think below, commenting on the questions if possible.

    Questions:

    > Would it possibly make boosters more or less attractive?

"More" argument: You'd be getting a perk that others couldn't have, possibly being the only recipient of the booster, giving you an edge on your enemies. Would work well on servers like raid, warz, etc.

"Less": They wouldn't benefit everyone, so what's the point of getting it? More so applicable to those who do it for others (graff). Understandable argument. Would be understandable for things like party and ctf.

    > Would it upset too many people?

What would be impacted more, player satisfaction (negatively) or brawl's sales (positively)?

Not allowed according to the EULA. All players on the server must not receive a larger or smaller benefit based on the amount they've donated.
