    People, if you do not know what the poll is about, then don't vote for it.
    If you are going to just pick no to troll the person, then that's a good sign why you should not do it.
    Here is a checklist for trolls.

    - DO I KNOW the person that I am criticizing?
    -No, Then DON'T Vote
    -Yes, vote.
    - AM I trying to benefit myself by voting and am not being truthful
    -No, DON'T vote.
    -Yes, Potentially vote
    -Am I being honest with myself and the server?
    -No, Then DON'T vote
    -Yes, Potentially vote.
    I think you got the point of this thread.
    Also what is up with this weird spell check, this is not Grammarly.

    You are aware that polls aren’t taken into account on the final decision for applications, right? And that just by posting this thread, you’be only decreased your chances of being accepted?

    No I am more awre that the polls play no part
    for the election prcess. However poll is general, should be taken seriously. Especially when it affects others.

    Simply, people who voted "No", did it because it would affect others if you were accepted. It's clear that you are not qualified yet. You can sure work on it, and that would be very nice.

    I don't think you should go so serious about the polls though :smile:

    Hey because people voted no doesn’t mean that they are unaware of the purpose of the poll. If you look at multiple accepted and current applications, you will see that many people actually voted yes, or that the polls are balanced. Example.

    Just because you were “informed by staff” that you should apply doesn’t mean you are immediately qualified for the position. You still need to have the maturity needed to fulfill the role.

    People voting no isn't necessarily a troll, it's people who don't have the qualifications to respond to the thread voicing their opinion on the applicant because
    Whether or not you are accepted does have affect on them. Just because a poll isn't going your way doesn't mean it's a troll (maybe a few people, but that's like the 1% we're talking about) And this thread calling out the people who "trolled" you will more than likely only add more -1's to said poll.
