    And I agree, but I must also ask you, what about the players that care not about forums and prefer in game models? I know that there are many players like those :smile:.

    Then those players simply fail to adhere to the requirements to fill a staff position on the server and will be denied.

    Not to fill a staff position, I meant, people who lack a forums account and want to look up to a mod.

    Also much appreciation for the -1 vote, good luck on your application. Hopefull you will be on the staff team some day.

    Also just to reflect on this a little numerous people have an outrageous yes to no ratio on their polls in a positive balance and still get denied. Community doesn’t choose, it’s all done at the Senior Moderator level and above. I remember that the three people conducting my interview were all SMods.

    Most good applications are a 5-10 minute read. For a decision to arrive after 20+ days is ridiculous.
