    except for the server that needs an smod most, warz.

    twice my reports were ignored by staff member, one of which by Tom (the second time around I won't say it was him because I simply don't know and that wouldn't be fair to assume either.) and was handled very lazily by staff. I think too many staff look good on the forums and the home server but not the servers that are most toxic/annoying to deal with like warz. not saying he's not entirely ready to be promoted, but I think there's some fine tuning to be done beforehand.

    You should see the staff members on another server I frequent - they mute others for things such as "ez" but will spam "kys" (pls no ban) in chat LOL

    There is already a thread for that. I made this thread because I think Tom should have additional perms considering that he already does more than his share as a mod - in terms of activity, bans, and contributions to forum discussions on changes for almost every server - and is just as professional as anyone else who has had the role

    Just because you had a conflict with him on your last JMOD application doesn't discredit the effort he's put into Brawl

    I and many warz community members made an issue of it prior to any app. I think the situation should raise some concern about this proposal, that's all.

    You know how you can press tab as you're typing out names to autofill the name? I did that once and it autofilled to the wrong name - my name, and I didn't notice until it was too late :v

    I know this is for socool, but over the past few days it has become even more clear that raid needs a SMod (NOT manager technically, consider it assistant manager or w/e). Even if this person, say melvin, was smod just for raid, it would solve many issues. Currently I've been trying to chase down eel (which is rather difficult due to our different timezones, and him being occupied with other tasks when he is on), and I have yet to have my base fully checked for xraying - it needs a certain part rolled back to show why I think it was xrayed. This is not anyone's fault, but eel is just simply too busy imo and we need another staff member who knows raid well to be able to rollback bases. I don't think the solution is letting mod+ rollback, as it is a rather tricky command and you need to be very knowledgeable in xray checks to rollback.
