Longer team names and renaming teams

    There should be /team rename and longer team names. In Raid the max. amount of characters for a team name is the following:

    Normal: 5
    VIP: 6
    MVP: 7
    Elite: 8

    I think it would be very useful to have this on Wild West as well.
