Our Low Player Count

That was this year, when McPvp merged we had about 700-1000 people.

 

Before that we had around 3k+ lol

 

I think, and I’ve discussed this with other staff members before, that some of brawls gamemodes are just too complicated right off the bat for people to enjoy them. Game modes like raid, wildwest and warz all are difficult for new players to grasp. Raid with the KOTH advanced pvp etc. wildwest with complex ways of making money and travel. Warz with it’s difficult to learn gun combos. If you don’t understand the rudimentary fundamentals of each game mode it’s unlikely you will keep playing it. That goes for any game really. I rarely see a new player join Wild West and stick around for longer than a couple days, let alone become a regular.

 

Doubt it, how many times have you started a new game and actually do the tutorial? I find it more often that players don't take it and just ask questions instead.

 

Minecraft itself isn’t as much of a thriving game as it used to be.
