What is your in-game name? - My current ingame name is JayOG and will stay that for a long while.
Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes, my account is indeed migrated and secured.

How old are you? - 17
What time zone are you in? - EST
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - Yes I am, I can speak fluent Spanish. As well as a bit of Portuguese. I learned English first, then moved on to learning Spanish from my family.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I was a moderator for almost a year, I have been playing the server for a while. I got into Brawl when the MCPVP servers were merged, and I continued playing CTF. Even to this day, I still am. Not as much as I did before. I moved on from Kit Brawl to WarZ and ended up moderating WarZ as a main server for a decently long time until i had to resign due to school, and playing other games. As of right now I have came back and been actively playing WarZ.
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - As I stated in the last question, I was a moderator on Brawl for a long time. I had over 1k mutes, and bans. I have a good sense of when action is needed, and when it isn't. Also while I moderated WarZ, I was able to obtain the skills needed to be able to catch hackers, when they hid it. I spent countless hours focusing on potential rule breakers until they ended up slipping. If any examples are needed, I can provide them.
Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - Coming back to Brawl, and WarZ as a whole, I have been talking with many community members. It saddens me when they tell me that not many staff members really do anything for the server. The community is broken, and ever since a majority of the WarZ staff team has resigned, WarZ has become just people hacking continuously, over and over again. Being able to decrease the amount of hackers is one of my goals, and a reason why I want to become a staff member again. Another main reason I want to become a staff member once again, is to be able to unite the community again and be able to bring them constant updates, and let them know whats happening behind scenes. When you are just a regular member of the community, your voice is less heard, and becoming a staff member once again will great impact the say someone has. I want to give people what they want, updates barely happen, making them more constant would greatly help aswell.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes, I used them on Brawl to help with the staff hack test, but I did not use them besides that. Last time I used a full outhacked client, to hack was in 2013, and it was not on Brawl. It was mainly only to just test them out. As well as Vape, in the past couple of years to test it out, but besides that, no.
Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I have not been punished ingame on Brawl since early 2017, I was also banned for hacked clients like Killaura, but they were proven false.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength is my ability to be able to be understanding, and friendly. With a great amount of patience. When being a staff on Brawl, that is something you need. Specially on WarZ, you'll be dealing with various types of people and having patience and being understanding will be super helpful. I also am very good with multitasking, I'm really good at doing more than just one thing at once. Allowing me to be able to handle various scenarios that can be presented to me. I also, like to say, that I have some decent teamwork. Allowing me to work with a vast amount of people, with all types of different personalities.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - Sometimes, I can consider myself to be overwhelmed with the vast amount of work that is needed to be done. Although this might be a weakness, this can allow me to be way more motivated than I usually am, allowing me to be able to get that stuff done. My passion can also be a weakness of mine, I can be very passionate about things and when someone tries to take that away from me, I can become very defensive for a lack of better terms. Something I have to work on.

Anything else you would like to state? - As some of you know, I play a lot of Fortnite, which might concern some of the staff members. I have been playing Fortnite, but I have also been actively playing WarZ, which is something I wanna point out. I will prioritize Brawl. To answer any concerns, you guys might have.
