Weather and Time Changes

    I think it would add much more realism to the gameplay. The weather may cause lag so you don't have to add it, but you can enable the daylight cycle. I mean, imagine playing One-in-Chamber in a nighttime setting! It would be like Metal Gear Solid! The daylight/nighttime can also create more strategies and add more variation to gameplay. And unlike weather, it wont cause lag.

    Bad idea, will cause to much lag and you won't be able to shoot anything at night

    Lag? Wasnt the server supposed to be a Call Of Duty one? Go look at call of duty story missions! All full of weather! If you leave that out of the game. I guess it's just shooting then.

    Has been suggested before and even though it's a good idea it's a reason that it got denied.

    And no, it's not a grave dig.
    The grave dig policy doesn't count for server ideas, because it would then hide the idea forever, making admins unable to see it. So if you want, bump a server idea back to the top. (but with a good reason :L)
    Anyways, a weather option was implemented in War last year that changed the time gradually to night. I liked that feature, and i have no idea why it was removed. However, it was a very cool feature. Rain and snow might cause lag, but I'm sure changing the time won't. If anything, it'll make the game harder and more fun, because of the extra challenge provided by night missions.

    Off topic: If CoD missions have weather in it, #tornadomod :I
    On topic: I don't think this would be a great idea. You wouldn't be able to see the bullets very well, and not every map is lit up completely. So, it would be pretty hard to see.

    It will make it more realistic, but people are gonna use mods at nightime so they can see brighter... (Like Gammabright)

    Then we would find and ban them. No hacked clients allowed.
    Just thought of an addition to this weather feature... Night vision item :v
