What is your in-game name? - Fista_Cupz
Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - It is migrated and secured.

How old are you? - I am currently 16 years of age.
What time zone are you in? - London time (GMT+1)
Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I speak fluent English and a decent amount of Irish. So yes I am multilingual.


What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I know much about brawl as I joined the server in late 2013. I main the server "War" and used to play a lot of "KitBrawl" so I consider myself experienced with the knowledge of hacked clients. I have also played War 1.0 (Legacy) which is obvious because of my joining date and I consider this to give me much more knowledge than the average War 2.0 applicant.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I've owned servers and been an administrator on small servers. I also (as most of you know) have moderated here on Brawl for a while with nearly a thousand bans in the time span of August 31st to February 19th. I will go into more detail as i get into the application.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - On February 19th I was demoted for abusing commands (Will discuss later on). Ever since I got demoted i regretted that mistake and problems with War have been getting worse and worse. Not much is being done with War at the moment and I am aware Snail and SuperBen are trying their best to keep War clean of hackers, flamers, disrespecters etc. But they both are in different time zones compared to the European time zone. This is a big problem, I play quite often now and there has been numerous hackers and players who make other players time awful on War and perhaps Brawl in general. I don't want to sit around when I have plenty of potential of helping out and I want to clean up my miss doings by gaining the trust of the players who I made disappointed by my careless actions.


Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Ok. I have used a hacked client before many years ago. Don't want to go into to much detail with it either. But to not beat around the bush, I was banned on Mineplex for hacking and I appealed like a year ago now and got unbanned. I have also been "suspected" of using cheats on Brawl which is discussed below.
Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - As stated above, yes. I've been banned on Brawl on 2 accounts. One with my main account (Fista_Cupz) and another which I want to keep secret (If you really wan't to know PM me and give me a good reason why I should tell you). There was much discussion with my bans. I talked in PMs with some players and I couldn't convince them with my innocence. Eventually it was dropped, I bought an unban and I got my alt unbanned by appealing 3 months later. I wasn't very nice when discussing my bans and sent apologies to those who I flamed. It was very frustrating and anyone who has been false banned would know how I felt and what I mean. I wan't to also clarify that those players who I flamed in PMs are getting on fine with me now (I hope ).


What do you consider your greatest strength? - Dealing with situations in the right way and in an orderly fashion. Ever since I was a staff member for Brawl I could warn/ban without any problems. I always made sure to get evidence for my bans and whenever an appeal would arise (I know I was very bad at realising I had appeals to deal with xdd) and I was notified (Ty ShadowRealmed ;>) I would have that evidence and deal with it. I was very strict when I was a JMOD and eventually got used to it. I lost friends because of it as well which was annoying but I had no choice. When I got used to it though, everything wen't downhill and I let my 'guard' down. Can't really narrow it down so sorry for the rambling on.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - Power. I'm not going to lie or beat around the bush with this but I and all of you know when I get power such as being a moderator, it gets to my head and I get careless. Good news though, ever since I was demoted I learned two things and got my head around them. The first thing was having power such as being a moderator. I knew I had to learn my lesson the right way and I legit stopped myself from playing any kind of video game which includes my phone for a straight month and did a lot of study and exercise for school the exercise also helped my mood and I feel like a better person for it now. I got my head around this problem and I am confident I can now handle this power in a much better way. The second problem was trust. I had a lot of trust in my siblings, and this lead to an unfortunate end with my demotion. Me and my brother had a fight a week before my demotion and he threatened me that he would get a hold of my account and wreck it. After he did it and the damage was done I forgot to do the most important thing which was to let an SMOD+ know of what had happened and that was most likely my biggest mistake of my Brawl days. As I said, I have overcome these problems. I have secured my accounts and PC with higher security and they have not been breached since the day of my demotion. I have also learned how to control power by things I do in my everday life which I said above. After that second incident I lost so much trust I didn't think I would talk to a player from Brawl again.

Anything else you would like to state? - I have asked many about how they would feel if I was to make a return to the staff team. A lot of them were good replies, and some not to great. I just want to reassure every one who is reading this that I have changed in a lot of good ways and that the reason I have left the application this long was to make sure I would at least get a good shot and returning. No. I wasn't using any kind of hacked client and I will stick to that. I have put numerous videos up of me pvping and proving the video that got me banned wrong. I understand that you most likely still believe I was cheating and I understand that, the video that I was shown was extremely suspicious. But like I just said, I've put up videos of me performing those exact movements to prove I was and am legit.
