Idea New Maps for War

    Hey guys,

    I think the build team should re-enter some old legacy maps into the war 2.0 map pool, such as nuketown, firingrange, erosion, and other small sized and large sized maps. I was considering launch, but it's way too big. We could also add standoff, ambush, and other legacy maps, but they definitely need some work. I am just asking for feedback whether we should readd more legacy maps into the war 2.0 map pool, as playing the same maps can be boring.

    Adding more maps is something that we can always look at doing. I don't know about Nuketown, I personally think it's too open for 2.0, but we could definitely look at adding some of the others.

    The BT has been really busy recently, as you know, (the new map) and we will probably be rather busy with a few important projects in the future too. I have one half done revamp of arkaden though, and I'll try to finish it before my school starts.

    Takeoff and a few other maps have been ready for a good 2-3 months, they are somehow not yet in the game tho.

    Nuketown is a classic map. Despite how open the map is, I believe it should still be added, but with tweaks of course. Maybe making the buses a lot longer like it really is in Black Ops 2, but thats for the BT to decide.

    Just a quick question, has the map "dome" an idea for war 2.0 or has it been untouched?

    As far as I'm aware of, Dome hasn't been touched yet.

    I think legacy nuketown is way too big compared to the call of duty version.
