AMA 5 Years

Damn. 5 years over-here. Half a decade. A third of my life. Must be big, it’s even an announcement.

So how about a story.

Brawl:
Once upon a time there was a little 5th grade playing on some Minecraft server when some someone spammed in chat: Play Mc-War.com or something idk. So I went to check it out for whatever reason and instead of it being your typical survival server or something it was a fully structured out gun server thing made by God or something. I finally figured the thing out and it was pretty fun. Fast forward to summer of 2014, where I finally make level 20, yep I crap but it fun. So I would spend my days playing and I left my account logged in over night. That gave me a good 10 levels At level 32 or so I joined Volt, and then Null and lastly wound up on DUSK where my level 47 legacy account is today.

McPvP:
So in 2014 ish I found McPvP’s CTF, idk how, but it was nice. the only real memory from that was me playing it on a sick day. I like mage.

Merger:
So it was around the time that Brawl bought McPvP that I logged into War and I spawned in the main lobby. (Yep first time I found the lobby WOW) This is the sky lobby. So I also saw a thing saying they changed owners... so I saw the servers War, WarZ, Party, Murder, Creative, HG, etc. So I hoped on over to the War section and played. I later went over to WarZ and thought it was the same thing as War. Yea, I was wrong, I spawned in a flat area near one of the wooden castle places and didn’t know what it was. I died a few minutes later and thought I was a zombie and left. What’s next, Creative I spawned and saw a suggestion to build a War map and so I decorated the corner of a plot and got bored, bye. Next up, Murder, the hell is this??? I’m out. Survival, uhh survival server, yay, lot of op people in spawn... /random *lands in weird place* see ya.

Build:
Meanwhile, I still played War a bit, anyways now how about Minestrike? Hallalula!! Beautiful, everyone is the same level ish and everything is great, etc. I think shutting this down is what killed Brawl. What’s next uhh new lobby, hey what’s Build??? Big maps, bunch of people, Heaven!! (September 2015) I decide to make a city and in the middle of making the roads,”You have reached the boundary of the map!” Wait what!? Boundary!? Awww... so I made a park and a superstore, and Thanksgiving week, the C-Dome I. Move forwards a bit, I bought VIP around Easter, and that very day, my beautiful city was reset. So I emailed a few times with the support email (I think Roke was on the other end but Idk.) so I built a palace and it turned into C - City II. The eula blacklisting caught up with Brawl and I downloaded forge, joined the forums, and made 6 maps. Then, I got my main map expanded and built more and more. May 2017, I first applied for staff, and screwed it. June 2017, I applied again and really screwed it up. August 2017, I applied and got denied because of July. December 2017, my map got greifed and I had to rebuild again and I made another stadium, etc. It is much better now.

Present Day:
January 2018, I bought MVP. March, 2018, I got accepted as staff, and my map was reset again. What did I miss, O War 2.0, I got to level 25 within a week and made a clan. (Clan’s dead.) I got to level 35 ish when C - City got greifed. (December 2017) So that’s when I went back to build. In March of 2018, Purest asked for my wool mix-up map and it disappeared, so I spent the better part of a week making a better one. So as I keep rebuilding, my map gets reset, and putty took a month to respond and did so right before I went on vacation. While that was happening, I rebuilt my airtport. August, I volunteered to do the news and I’ve tried to make them a bit funny and long. I joined GIGN on War about a month ago. Anyways, that about covers it. 50th news next month.

Future:
I want to apply for the Build team in the near future maybe over the Christmas break. School is packing it in right now, so my Thanksgiving break and all of the weekends leading up to it are basically booked. Speaking of that, I need to read a book sometime soon so yeah... here’s an idea, I’ll resign.

I think my favorite moderating times are setting up the CTF match servers.

I think one of my most heated situations was a flame war and then after /warning, they stared flame PMing me.
