Focus Thread - KOTHs & The End Event

The End Event is basically a rush to get chest loot, and then get the dragon egg and the associated xp drop. I think it’s not a huge draw because dragon eggs can be bought and a decent XP farm gives the same amount of XP in an hour or two. There’s not much PVP in the End Event. I personally wouldn’t mind if The End looked and behaved like 1.9, with Elytra, End Dragon respawning and (gasp!) shulkers but that’s just me. If we’re sticking to 1.8 I have no complaints about The End or the End Event.

 

Regarding the end event:
I don't think you should be able to use the end portals in the strongholds, because you can come back very quickly.
In my opinion the end event got pretty repetitive after the first few times. The rewards aren't huge either, when you can buy the eggs from the shop. I think the egg price in the shop can be higher, to hype up the event.
After 5 minutes, all of the loot from the chests are gone. Maybe there could be a few center chests, where loot would kinda respawn every few minutes (would have to be capped, obviously).

 

Just remove the huge center tree

Considering yesterday's KoTH had minimal playercounts on it still lagged like hell, I'm not sure why I have to address this so much, but so be it. 30% gamespeed for *all* players just isn't good enough lol

 

I’ve mined it in the past, and I’ve also burned it- it must be protected now....

 

So what you basically say is those who play the server a lot and have more resources should be punished for taking advanage of the gear they grinded for and made the server live while playing a lot? Skid and Melon where the active team from day 1 on. Sub never was there a lot noone needs you if your always that salty lol

 

Imo gapples aren't problem when is p4 koth but they break iron and reg diamond koths

 

With the cut on pigmen spawners like they have been now. Hopefully too many gapples won't be a problem next map.

In my opinion pigmen spawners were the key becuase people got too much gold from them and them alone

 

I didnt get 1 gold i have from tokens. Neiter did graff nor did lebron nor necromancer and thats like 80% of the gold on the server. So no tokens are no problem.

 

4k gold in 2 days Not voted once in that month.

I'm not saying im good becuse I did that, Im just saying that anyone could have done that had they done what I did,

 

I have never voted. Like ever. My money comes from being the Jeff Bezos of raid.

 

Actually no I didn't grind 24/7 (I dont mean literally, But what it represents for) and Those like 4/5 boosters where free.

 

Make brawl real hardcore... Remove voting prices, double xpbooster & speed&haste. Atleast make them more expensive... Bring back old koth system with less time or make it harder to knock from koths. Team cap should be less than 10 to make koths work.
