    Brawl Junior Moderator Application
With permission, I am reposting my moderator application used in June 2019

    Read over this thread: http://www.brawl.com/threads/14752/
If you do not meet the requirements (active, helpful, must have Discord, etc) do not apply yet; it will be an auto deny.

What is your in-game name? - Felladona

Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - Yes; my password is known by myself alone.

What time zone are you in? - Pacific Standard Time (UTC - 8)

Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I am fluent in English and capable of understanding/speaking some Spanish. I wouldn’t call myself multilingual due to only partially understanding Spanish.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I used to play Minecraft Party occasionally with a friend a while ago (before CTF transferred from MCPVP), but my main experience with Brawl comes from my time playing CTF. I have been playing CTF since January of 2013; however, I did take a break from the game for the majority of 2015. Because of this, coming back to the gamemode on a new network was surprising. Since the time I came back, I’ve gained plenty of experience with all aspects of the gamemode and became heavily involved with the community. Currently, I have been a member of 5 CTF Teams: Totally Not Solar Eclipse, Defiance, Scorch (a team in which I co-lead), The Crusaders, and Resurgence. It is worth noting I have been a mercenary for several other teams. My time in each of these teams has significantly refined my knowledge of how the game is played in a competitive and casual sense. This has also allowed me to meet a vast majority of people in the community. Along with this, I have a general understanding of how Minecraft Build and Minecraft Party work. I’ve also spent some time on Wild West and KitBrawl, but not enough to become immersed with them.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have never moderated a public Minecraft server before. However, I am familiar with how to moderate in general from my time spent around moderators on multiple servers.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I would like to become a moderator for the sake of improvement and creating possibilities to make the gamemode overall more enjoyable. Throughout my time in Brawl and CTF, I’ve watched it grow and develop into the server it is today. I’ve steadily grown my reputation and the server evolved, and have become a well-known member of the community. I desire to offer my services to the CTF gamemode and the Brawl network to advance it even further as the future approaches swiftly. I desire to channel this though the position of moderator to make the game enjoyable for all types of players. Old and new. Casual and competitive. Captors and Defenders.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I used the Wurst client to test what it could do in a Singleplayer World. I have never ran the client on a multiplayer server and tested the client on an old computer to ensure it would not be present on my current computer. I have also used Damage Indicators in my own Singleplayer Worlds solely to test out certain mods.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - I was kicked once from Mineplex from exploiting a glitch in one of their minigames. I’ve also been autobanned twice on CTF, albeit false. Lastly, I was kicked from the CTF Match server during a match in which my own team was involved; this kick was because I had to AFK and my team was contemplating bringing in another player as a substitute. Therefore, this kick was completely uninvolved with a rulebreak.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - I consider my greatest strength to be my innovative ideas and open mind. I have come up with several ideas that were either taken into consideration or implemented into the game. They can be found here:

    http://www.brawl.com/threads/72839/ (Weapon Names)

http://www.brawl.com/threads/73240/ (Assassin Reversion, to an extent)

http://www.brawl.com/threads/73497/ (Not present currently, will be included in the future)

http://www.brawl.com/threads/57027/ https://www.brawl.com/threads/74656/ and http://www.brawl.com/threads/68655/ (Positive feedback, creative ideas)

These ideas combined with my tendency to have an open mind about most suggestions couples well together. I tend to look at most problems and changes from multiple viewpoints before I assess whatever case may be presented. I always prefer looking at the words involved rather than names. This allows me to refrain from bias and consider all ideas equally. I’m also known for keeping calm when situations start to get out of hand.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness in terms of experience is my ability to identify hackers. When I refer to hackers here, I intend to address those who make efforts to hide their illegal modifications, making them much harder to identify than those who blatantly hack. I have a basic understanding on most hacks and clients, but I could use more growth on deciphering hackers from players who are naturally good at the game.

As for my big weakness relating to my personality, that would have to be my remorseful feelings towards my mistakes (it could be called a variation of pride). When I make a mistake, I find myself being over apologetic and quick to back down/away from a situation because of said mistake. I understand when others make mistakes, and tend to be quick to forgive them and move on, but I am less tolerant when it comes to my mistakes.

Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - I am most active on Capture the Flag, having nearly 54 days of playing in-game. I spend time on servers such as Build and Minecraft Party when friends are around to play the gamemode with me (as was the case with Wild West).

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - This is my second Brawl staff application (resubmitted first application due to being busy around the time it was posted).

What is the date of the last application you submitted? - June 14, 2019

Do you have Discord? - Yes, my discord is Cardona#8215.

Anything else you would like to state? - I recently finished hosting a PPM Tournament (Player Pool Match Tournament) alongside @Hamza and @Versions; this tournament was created with ambitions to generate more match activity and enjoyment of the game overall for the community (albeit it didn’t go as well as desired). I would also like to highlight that I am actively hosting PPMs on the Match Server for the CTF Community to participate in.

Is there a possibility that you would be too busy to be active on Brawl for an extended period of time in the near future?

No, this is highly unlikely. Currently, I am less active than I was a few months ago due to working and some situations IRL, but I'm still actively playing and being involved with the community discord daily.

You've contributed far more than most to this community by hosting countless PPMs and suggesting loads of ideas for the server. Often I have to actively look for contributions applicants have made and sometimes even have to ask them directly what they're doing to help out - but for you, everyone sees the work that you put in to improving Brawl and it's community. +1
