What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I started playing Brawl when it was called MultiplayerServers in late 2012. Since then I have taken a few hiatuses but all in all I've played for a little over 7 years now. Through this time, I've garnered a lot of experience and I've played nearly every gamemode Brawl has released (at least for a small amount of time). Most of my experience is with the gun servers, so War and WarZ currently (rip fpshg, sgg, & kitbrawl gun arena).
What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I was a moderator on a practice WarZ server for a few months prior to my time on the staff team on Brawl. This role included finding and punishing rule-breakers, screensharing, and simply making sure the server was enjoyable. Then, from July 2017 to April 2018 I was a moderator here on Brawl for WarZ. Most of my contributions were in-game, punishing cheaters and keeping the game enjoyable.
Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I have noticed and taken part in the attempted revival of WarZ, and I feel that as a member of the staff team I'd be able to not only amplify my efforts to maintain the server, but I would also serve as a more efficient liaison between the community and the higher staff making important decisions about the server. In short, I want to make my voice and the voices of the community heard with regards to the future of WarZ.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes
Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - Before the ban reset, I was temp-banned for a week on WildWest due to an offhand joke in-game about lagging the server while the server was lagging. I appealed and the punishment was reduced to 3 days.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - I would say my abilities to observe and perceive are my strongest characteristics. I tend to take in a lot of information easily and as a staff member, I think that making methodical and educated decisions based on acute observations is essential.
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - To be frank, I'm not an outgoing person. Sometimes my communication (or lack thereof) can be a detriment to carrying out staff duties. However, in situations that require communicating with players, I do choose words carefully and make sure to convey helpful messages to people I talk with.

Anything else you would like to state? - Something I wanted to point out is that when I was a moderator previously, I was very active in-game and dealt with a lot of rule-breakers, but I tended not to contribute ideas and conceptually improve the gamemode. If accepted, I unfortunately won't be able to maintain the same level of activity that I had given to Brawl in the past. I understand that this hinders my total contribution, but to make up for my recent dips in in-game activity, I've dedicated more time to discussing ideas and things that could improve the server without requiring a ton of playtime (specifically on the forums and in the community Discord).
