Brawl Junior Moderator Application​

What is your in-game name? - oobuck

Is your Minecraft account secured and migrated? - The account is as secure as it can be, and I only have the information to it.

How old are you? - 18 soon to be 19

What time zone are you in? - EST

Are you multilingual? Can you speak multiple languages? - I took 2 years of Spanish and got quite a bit out of the class, so I know a very basic level of Spanish.

What is your experience and knowledge of Brawl? - I have playing Brawl since around 2013, I have mainly stuck to warz and have played off and on for the past 7 years, I have recently started playing again and have years of knowledge about the server.

What is your experience with moderating servers, if any? - I have been mod on a few servers and an admin on one, I do know what it takes to be a mod and above.

Why do you want to become a moderator on Brawl? - I want to have a say in what happens to the server that I grew up playing, I have hundreds of ideas that could be implemented, and working on the staff team to achieve those ideas would fulfill my childhood dream. I want to make the server a better place and make it as good as it once was, I would also like to remove the toxicity from warz and make it a better place to play.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - I have used a hacked client before but it was many, many years ago, I wouldn't use it again because I refrain from cheating no matter what game I play.

Have you ever been punished (banned, kicked, muted, etc) legitimately on a public Minecraft server? If so, why? - The only times I remember is when it was intentional to test server commands or when messing around with friends, I have never been banned for hacking or anything of the sort.

What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength is my knowledge about the server like I said I have around 7 years of experience playing warz and from that 7 years I have learned everything there is to know about the server, I also know every player, every place, and everything about the server. Another strength is the number of ideas I have about the server If I get mod I'm going to share my ideas in hopes of changing warz for the better.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? - I don't believe I have any weaknesses, but the only thing I can think of is that I'm in college so my playtime might differ week to week, but it should be nothing that will get in the way.

Which Brawl server(s) are you most active on? - I mainly play Warz and have started playing a little bit of CTF

How many Brawl staff applications have you made in the past? - I have made a few in the past, probably around 3 not counting this one, I have tried a few times and still persist.

What is the date of the last application you submitted? - The last "Real" application that I submitted was on November 12, 2016.

Do you have Discord? Yes, oobuck#8626. I also have my own discord with a lot of people.

Anything else you would like to state? - I recently started playing warz again, I have yet to see higher than a Jmod on the server and wish there were more staff playing often. I have voiced my opinion about the server to many people since I have started playing the server again, and they all have thought my ideas would be a good implement to warz. If I got mod I would do my very best to help the server be the best again, like it was when I was growing up. This server has value to me because it is my childhood, I would do anything to help it be as popular as it once was. All I need is the opportunity to help, and have someone listen to what I have to say. I also want other people who have been with me since day 1 and people that have played the server as their childhood to have their ideas heard and considered. I know I don't have a ton of forum posts but that, of course, can change, I have plenty of server time and time with other warz players to hopefully make up for it. For many years I also played and talked to all of the staff of warz and still are friends with them to this day.

@Ritzy I have many ideas involving the map, and about changing the course of the game. It would be nice to look at somethings such as 1 shots or the reward system. One idea that I had is to remove Gapples from /rewards, I think this would be a good idea because it makes big teams less powerful against smaller. That is just one idea and if I get a role I will share and help change warz. I would like to start out as Jmod and work my way up to mod as time goes by. Ritzy I would love to discuss this in discord with you at some point.

Thank you for reading it, I haven't publically shared any of my ideas on forums or in discord. But I've been talking to the staff since I came back, especially Mario. I voice my opinions in-game or to teammates and players, many agree with my ideas which is one of the reasons why I applied. I'd be happy to start posting them if it would help. My presence on forums and discord would 100% go up if I got staff, I would try to be as active as I could in the community.
