    Can someone please tell me how you would make an HD skin and resource pack? I don't wanna just google everything I wanna try and customize. I am on a mac.

    As far as i know you cant make an HD skin

    I use this for skins http://www.minecraftskins.com/ Check my skins for inspiration and how I do my coloring.
    RULE #1 Dont use one color, ex) if you are doing a panda skin, dont make it black and white, make it black,gray,light gray, white and all other similar colors.Makes it look better in game.
    Download Paint.net for resource packs, you might want to check this vid out.
    This vid helped me a lot
