You application is very, very short. You joined the forums a month ago and only have 4 posts. However, you are always on TS3 and in game, being very mature. I would advise adding a lot of detail to your application after you become more active on the forums. I am currently working on an app and it has over 2,000 words. Yours has about 600... Who knows though. We're in need of FPS staff so you may be accepted!

Good luck with your app! Although you don't meet all the requirements I am sure that you could to a great job.
